Shipping Methods

CLP’s Logistics department will determine the most suitable company for each shipment by considering the delivery time, the package and the destination.
Orders are shipped by these companies:

The order is delivered within 72 hours.

• - SEUR
• - MRW
• - Correos

Where can I receive my order?

You can receive it at whichever address you choose (home, work etc. – never in a PO box)

Can the country being delivered to differ from the country from where it’s been purchased?

Yes, the country being delivered to can be different to the one where it was purchased, but remember that the shipping costs are related to the recipient country.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

Delivery times depend on the payment method used and the destination. It’s around seven working days.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, you can see the status of your order after going to ‘my account’ and then to the My Orders section. On top of this, if you provide us with your mobile number, you’ll receive an SMS message from the shipping company when the package has been collected from our site, informing you that it’s been collected and giving the delivery date.

Returns

How to make a refund

To make any returns go to "My returns" from the section of My account.

Return conditions

You can change or get a full refund for products that are damaged, defective or if the products you receive are not what you originally requested.

We will send the carrier to pick it up and a new item will be sent or if you opt for the refund, a credit card will be generated.
